Sex Assault, Steven Seagal hit US$ 1 Million by model!

A 23-year-old former model claims she interviewed with Seagal last February for the position of executive assistant. Kayden Nguyen says she got the job, but when she showed up for work, she learned, “Mr. Seagal had been keeping two young female Russian ‘Attendants’ on staff who were available for his sexual needs 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.”
she is suing for for sexual harassment, illegal trafficking of females for sex, failure to prevent sexual harassment, retaliation, wrongful termination and false representation about employment and wants more than a million dollars.

In the lawsuit, Nguyen claims Seagal pushed his hands under her skirt, tried fondling her breasts and forced his hand down her pants.
Nguyen is seeking damages in excess of $1-million (U.S.).

Seagal’s attorney has called the lawsuit a “complete fabrication.” The allegations have not been proven in court.

UPDATE: Seagal’s lawyer, Marty Singer, responded to the lawsuit this way: “The lawsuit filed by Kayden Nguyen against Steven Seagal is a ridiculous and absurd claim by a disgruntled ex-employee who was fired for using illegal narcotics.” Singer says the suit is a “complete fabrication without a scintilla of truth” and he’s confident it will be dismissed.

Plane wreckages scattered in the woods, with some still smoking. Dozens of white birch trees were half severed off. In the forest that the plane carrying Polish President and other Poland’s key civilian and military leaders crashed, rescuers and investigators were busy with working. Outside the cordon line, people were laying flowers on the grassland, to mourn for the victims of the tragedy.

The 26-year-old Tupolev Tu-154, enroute from Warsaw to Smolensk of Russia, crashed Saturday morning in thick fog with the president Lech Kaczynski, his wife, the army chief of staff, Deputy Foreign Minister Andrzej Kremer and the central bank governor aboard.

POLISH PRESIDENT DIES IN PLANE CRASH!

Poland’s President Lech Kaczynski, his wife and several high-ranking officials were killed Saturday when the plane they were traveling on crashed in foggy conditions while landing at a Russian airport.
Thousands of people, many in tears, placed candles and flowers at the presidential palace in central Warsaw. Many called the crash Poland’s worst disaster since World War II.
The crash also shocked Russia. Sensing the depth of the tragedy for Poland, Prime Minister Vladimir Putin personally took charge of the investigation and very quickly and publicly offered condolences, along with Russian President Dmitry Medvedev.

USA President’s Barack Obama also give their attention.
“Today, there are heavy hearts across America,” Obama said in the statement. “The United States cherishes its deep and abiding bonds with the people of Poland. Those bonds are represented in the strength of our alliance, the friendships among our people, and the extraordinary contributions of Polish-Americans who have helped to shape our nation.”

The Masters Tournament 2010 : Latest Scoreboards

The 2010 Master TV Coverage of Round 1 ended Thursday 4/8. A quick glance at the Masters Golf Tournament 2010 leaderboard will show Tiger Woods Masters 2010 scoreboard position. Tiger currently is in a tie for 7th place along with Watney, Poulter, Bames and Kim. Each of them shot 68 for their totals in Round 1. Sitting at the top position is pro golfer Fred Couples who shot a 66 in the opening round. He’s trailed by five guys in second place: KJ Choi, Tom Watson, Lee Westwood, Phil Mickelson and Y.E. Yang who each are at a total of 67.

However, this Masters Golf Tournament 2010 is going to be tough for all the participants because the best players of the decades are going to meet in this tournament. Tiger’s ancestors Bernhard Langer had a great start. The 52-year-old German fellow was one of the champs of masters, won Master’s in 1985 and 1993. Other 60 years old competitor Tom Watson, is 2-under through four holes. This is also going to be tough for Woods.

West Virginia Miners : Could Rescue Chambers save them?

Monday’s explosion at a West Virginia coal mine is becoming a possible test case for the benefit of rescue chambers, which federal legislators mandated all mine operators have installed four years ago to save lives underground in case disaster strikes.
Rescue workers at the Upper Big Branch South Mine in Whitesville have been trying all week to reach two such chambers with hopes of saving four missing miners.

An explosion Monday afternoon killed 25 miners and hospitalized two others, in what is considered the worst mining disaster in 25 years.
The high cost of energy in America was paid in human lives this week, with the deaths of more than two dozen miners in a massive explosion at the Upper Big Branch coal mine in West Virginia. It’s the worst mine disaster in a quarter of a century.

Casey Anthony Jailhouse Letters Latest News

Documents released by prosecutors in the Casey Anthony murder case Tuesday include jailhouse letters between Anthony and fellow inmates, as well as shocking transcripts of law enforcement interviews with inmates who say Anthony admitted to them that she sometimes drugged her daughter Caylee.
There are reports that there may be as many as 50 Casey Anthony jail letters may have been written. Maya Derkovic and Robyn Adams, two of Anthony’s friends in jail, have reportedly been questioned about the Casey Anthony jail letters. Adams may have received the majority of the Casey Anthony letters.

The Letter said that is trickling out isn’t pretty. Anthony allegedly admits that she used drugs to knock her two-year-old daughter Caylee Anthony out while she hung out with friends. Investigators suspect that chloroform may have been a factor in the death of Caylee Anthony.

She also expresses sadness over the death of Caylee Anthony.

“Not a day goes by that I don’t think about Caylee and wish that I could have protected her better,” wrote Anthony.

Casey Anthony also writes about how she was abused by her brother when they were young.

She writes: “The worst part is, when I tried to confide in someone before… they turned on me. I was to blame for my own brother walking into my room at night and feeling my breasts while I slept.”

Anthony has pleaded not guilty to first-degree murder and has said a babysitter kidnapped her daughter. The toddler’s remains were found in December 2008, six months after she was reported missing.

When Sonja Larson was murdered by a serial killer known as the Gainesville Ripper in 1990 her mother Ada Larson fought hard to seal her autopsy and crime scene photos from the media and the public eye.
Between August 23 and August 26 of 1990, panic, anger, and
disbelief struck the town of Gainesville, Florida. Rolling killed a combination
of five UF and Sante Fe students, four females and one male. Danny Rolling was a
“clean killer.” After stabbing all of his victims through the back and into
their hearts, he would clean up after himself. Two of the females were raped and
all were mutilated. When the bodies were found they were set up in sexual
positions for whoever would find them. Two of the girls were also slashed from
the breastbone to the pubic bone, and also had their chests mutilated. The most
disturbing of the murders was Christa Hoyt’s, because she had been decapitated
and her head been put on display. As for Manuel Toboada, his death had not been
planned by Rolling initially as he did not know that Tracy had a male roommate.
Danny Rolling’s motivation for his murders was mainly revenge. Built up anger
and abuse had set him off on his killing spree, and in his mind he thought that
others should pay for what he had gone through. The week of the murders Rolling
had gone to see “The Exorcist III”, which shows strong similarities to the ways
in which he tortured and murdered his victims.

It triggered a deadly tsunami which killed over 200,000 people from 14 different countries and caused over $10 billion in damage.

June Havoc, died at 97

June Havoc,the younger sister of Louise, aka stripper Gypsy Rose Lee, whose memoir served as the basis for the original stage show, about a child forced into the entertainment industry from the age of 18 months., died at 97 in Connecticut.

June Havoc was much more successful onstage. Among her most important Broadway productions were Cole Porter’s Mexican Hayride (1944); Sadie Thompson (also 1944), replacing Ethel Merman in this musical based on W. Somerset Maugham’s short story "Rain"; That Ryan Girl (1945), in the title role; and a revival of Dinner at Eight (1966), as the society hostess played by Billie Burke in the 1933 George Cukor film.

Cyber-Bullying Victims : Phoebe Prince

Nine teens have been charged after police found a connection between them and the suicide of Phoebe Prince, bullying victim in January 14th. Charges vary between harassment and statuory rape. The announcement was made by District Attorney Elizabeth D. Scheibel.

Phoebe Prince was a 15-year-old student from Ireland, and she was found hanged in her home after weeks of bullying in school and even in her Facebook account.

When I read how Prince was bullied via Facebook, it raised some questions for me. There were always very specific guidelines about how to handle negative posts that were nailed down with the client ahead of time.However, with all of the cybertools pumping information and commentary at teens, the rules are different. How can Facebook monitor the thousands of accounts it has for inappropriate behavior? And what do teens do with negative noise that comes from text messaging?

I hope these people get what they deserve for pushing a person to the limit. The name of these scumbags are Sean Mulveyhill, 17; Kayla Narey, 17; Austin Renaud, 18; Ashley Longe, 16; Flannery Mullins, 16; Sharon Chanon Velazquez, 16.

Suicide Explosion at Moscow Subway Video

Suicide Explosion at Moscow Subway kills 38 people.

The first bomb exploded shortly before 8 am local time in the Lubyanka station, located under the building housing the main offices of the Federal Security Service in the center of the Russian capital. And about 45 minutes later a second blast occurred in the Park Kultury station.
According to the Minister of Emergency Situations Sergei Shoigu,the deadly missions were carried out by two female that do suicide bombings .Terrorist groups from the Northern Caucasus are said to be responsible for the horrific acts.

United States President Barack Obama expressed his condolences to the victims of the bombing. He condemned the violent act and said he and the whole US is behind Russia in its fight against terrorism.

Sandra Bullock Pregnant after she is being Mistressed!

After being mistressed, Sandra Bullock is PREGNANT with Bad Boy, Jesse James.
Though the word is in the air now that Sandra was already pregnant for weeks with hubby Jesse when the first episode of his infidelity tales appeared online and all over media; as explained above there seems to be lot of ambiguity and uncertainty about the claims. Obama Signs Healthcare Bills

Saying “the freedoms of Americans were impaired” by the federal health care bill approved by Congress, Florida Attorney General Bill McCollum filed suit in federal court in Pensacola on Tuesday, minutes after President Barack Obama signed the legislation into law trying to block its requirement that Florida residents buy health insurance.

President Obama signed the health care bill Tuesday morning, a historic accomplishment no matter what else happens in his term. Obama paid tribute to Congress by inviting all the members who voted for it to the signing ceremony--all Democrats, since no Republicans voted for the historic measure.
Obama emphasized features of the bill that will kick in this year:

"This year, tens of thousands of uninsured Americans with pre-existing conditions, the parents of children who have a pre-existing condition, will finally be able to purchase the coverage they need.That happens this year.

"This year -- this year, insurance companies will no longer be able to drop people's coverage, when they get sick -- or place -- they won't be able to place lifetime limits or restrictive annual limits on the amount of care they can receive.
Some Democrats said the mandate in the health care bill was similar to existing taxes for Medicare.

“Florida has nearly 4 million residents who are uninsured including 800,000 children - the second highest percentage in the nation,” said state Sen. Dan Gelber, D-Miami Beach. “As you are running for governor, what do you propose to do to address this crisis since you believe the reform passed by the Congress is unconstitutional?”

When we celebrate St.Patrick's Days, there's something special that usually being prepared by Irish.
Yeah, usually at St.Patrick's Day, Irish prepared corned beef and cabbage crock pot.

Irish saying that Corned Beef and Cabbage crock pot is traditional recipe. The taste is BLASTING! Very delicious. You can try this at home. Below are the Irish Traditional Recipe,

Here is a corned beef and cabbage recipe circulated on the Internet.

Ingredients

1 onion, sliced into wedges

4 potatoes, cut into thick slices

1 pound carrots, thinly sliced

3 cups of tap water

3 garlic cloves, minced

1 bay leaf

2 tablespoons sugar

2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar or another type

1/2 teaspoon black pepper

3 pounds corned beef brisket with spice packet, halved

1 small cabbage, cut into wedges

Instructions

Lay onion, potatoes and carrots on the bottom of a slow cooker

Add mix water, garlic, bay leaf, sugar, vinegar, pepper and content of spice packet and pour mixture over vegetables

Then add corned beef brisket and cabbage

Cover and cook using low heat for 7 to 9 hours or until corned beef and vegetables are tender.

Remove bay leaf before serving.

This corned beef and cabbage recipe makes six servings

To speed up the cooking process, use high heat to raise the slow cooker's temperature to boiling point. And hold it for 20 minutes and then use low heat to slow cook everything for 5 to 7 or until everything is well cooked.

NEW YORK (CBS) Rielle Hunter may not regret breaking her silence, but the GQ photo shoot which shows her pantless is breaking her heart.

Peter Graves dies at 83: star of TV's 'Mission: Impossible'

Peter Graves, the rugged actor who starred in the hit TV series "Mission: Impossible" and whose career took a comic turn in the disaster spoof "Airplane!" has died. He was 83.

Graves was found dead Sunday afternoon in front of his Pacific Palisades home from apparent natural causes, said Officer Karen Rayner of the Los Angeles Police Department.

Graves had just returned from brunch with his family to celebrate his upcoming 84th birthday. He collapsed on the driveway before he could reach his house, said Sandy Brokaw, his publicist. One of Graves' daughters administered cardiopulmonary resuscitation but was unable to revive him, Brokaw said.

Born Peter Aurness in Minneapolis, he followed his older brother, James Arness of "Gunsmoke" fame, to Hollywood.
He played a Nazi mole in "Stalag 17" and went on to a number of roles in westerns, crime and science-fiction films. In 1955, Graves became a television-series regular as the star of "Fury," and played his most famous television character as Mr. Phelps in "Mission: Impossible," from 1967 to 1973 and reprising it from 1988 to 1990.

Downtown Crowded At st. patrick's day 2010

Rain and wind couldn't keep people away from attending Pittsburgh's annual St. Patrick's Day Parade Saturday.

This parade started at 10 a.m. and followed a new route that started at Liberty Avenue and 11th Street and ended at Commonwealth Place.
According to organizers, this year's parade was scheduled to feature more than 23,000 participants including nearly 200 marching units, 17 bands, groups from Irish and other ethnic communities of Pittsburgh and floats.

It's different with Chicago, there are Dance troupes, marching bands, and approximately 70 floats -- including ABC7 Chicago's-- entertained the crowds that lined Columbus Drive, while Irish Prime Minister Brian Cowen joined the parade of Chicago area dignitaries, including Mayor Daley and Governor Quinn, marching in the afternoon's festivities.
This year, the downtown St. Patrick's Day celebration began early for some, due in part to rainy weather, but mostly because of the demise of the city's South Side Irish St. Patrick's Day Parade.
Other celebrations were set to take place Sunday on the city's South Side and at several suburban locations.

MERLIN OLSEN : KILLED BY MESOTHELIOMA

Former LA Rams defensive lineman Merlin Olson died Thursday after battling mesothelioma for a year. Mesothelioma is a form of lung cancer usually cause by exposure to asbestos.
On the football field, Olsen was part of the Los Angeles Rams’ Fearsome Foursome defensive line that swallowed ball carriers whole. He, Lamar Lundy, Deacon Jones, and Rosey Grier gave no quarter on Sunday afternoons. You’d be better off running through a fire wearing a suit soaked with gasoline.

Olsen, like his line brethren, was mean, nasty, unforgiving, snarling, and angry.

But it was what he did, not what he was.

Merlin Olsen played 15 season in the NFL from 1962 TO 1976 and was the Football Leagues MVP in 1974 and had 14 Pro Bowl appearances.

He also spent time as a football broadcast analyst for NBC and CBS broadcasting companies and even had acting gigs in classic American TV shows "Father Murphy" and "Little House on the Prairie".

In December 2009, Merlin Olsen and others sued TV Studios and various companies for what he claimed was exposure to asbestos, linked to mesothelioma.
