A 23-year-old former model claims she interviewed with Seagal last February for the position of executive assistant. Kayden Nguyen says she got the job, but when she showed up for work, she learned, “Mr. Seagal had been keeping two young female Russian ‘Attendants’ on staff who were available for his sexual needs 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.”
she is suing for for sexual harassment, illegal trafficking of females for sex, failure to prevent sexual harassment, retaliation, wrongful termination and false representation about employment and wants more than a million dollars.

In the lawsuit, Nguyen claims Seagal pushed his hands under her skirt, tried fondling her breasts and forced his hand down her pants.
Nguyen is seeking damages in excess of $1-million (U.S.).

Seagal’s attorney has called the lawsuit a “complete fabrication.” The allegations have not been proven in court.

UPDATE: Seagal’s lawyer, Marty Singer, responded to the lawsuit this way: “The lawsuit filed by Kayden Nguyen against Steven Seagal is a ridiculous and absurd claim by a disgruntled ex-employee who was fired for using illegal narcotics.” Singer says the suit is a “complete fabrication without a scintilla of truth” and he’s confident it will be dismissed.

POLISH PRESIDENT DIES IN PLANE CRASH!

Poland’s President Lech Kaczynski, his wife and several high-ranking officials were killed Saturday when the plane they were traveling on crashed in foggy conditions while landing at a Russian airport.
Thousands of people, many in tears, placed candles and flowers at the presidential palace in central Warsaw. Many called the crash Poland’s worst disaster since World War II.
The crash also shocked Russia. Sensing the depth of the tragedy for Poland, Prime Minister Vladimir Putin personally took charge of the investigation and very quickly and publicly offered condolences, along with Russian President Dmitry Medvedev.

USA President’s Barack Obama also give their attention.
“Today, there are heavy hearts across America,” Obama said in the statement. “The United States cherishes its deep and abiding bonds with the people of Poland. Those bonds are represented in the strength of our alliance, the friendships among our people, and the extraordinary contributions of Polish-Americans who have helped to shape our nation.”

West Virginia Miners : Could Rescue Chambers save them?

Monday’s explosion at a West Virginia coal mine is becoming a possible test case for the benefit of rescue chambers, which federal legislators mandated all mine operators have installed four years ago to save lives underground in case disaster strikes.
Rescue workers at the Upper Big Branch South Mine in Whitesville have been trying all week to reach two such chambers with hopes of saving four missing miners.

An explosion Monday afternoon killed 25 miners and hospitalized two others, in what is considered the worst mining disaster in 25 years.
The high cost of energy in America was paid in human lives this week, with the deaths of more than two dozen miners in a massive explosion at the Upper Big Branch coal mine in West Virginia. It’s the worst mine disaster in a quarter of a century.

Documents released by prosecutors in the Casey Anthony murder case Tuesday include jailhouse letters between Anthony and fellow inmates, as well as shocking transcripts of law enforcement interviews with inmates who say Anthony admitted to them that she sometimes drugged her daughter Caylee.
There are reports that there may be as many as 50 Casey Anthony jail letters may have been written. Maya Derkovic and Robyn Adams, two of Anthony’s friends in jail, have reportedly been questioned about the Casey Anthony jail letters. Adams may have received the majority of the Casey Anthony letters.

The Letter said that is trickling out isn’t pretty. Anthony allegedly admits that she used drugs to knock her two-year-old daughter Caylee Anthony out while she hung out with friends. Investigators suspect that chloroform may have been a factor in the death of Caylee Anthony.

She also expresses sadness over the death of Caylee Anthony.

“Not a day goes by that I don’t think about Caylee and wish that I could have protected her better,” wrote Anthony.

Casey Anthony also writes about how she was abused by her brother when they were young.

She writes: “The worst part is, when I tried to confide in someone before… they turned on me. I was to blame for my own brother walking into my room at night and feeling my breasts while I slept.”

Anthony has pleaded not guilty to first-degree murder and has said a babysitter kidnapped her daughter. The toddler’s remains were found in December 2008, six months after she was reported missing.

When Sonja Larson was murdered by a serial killer known as the Gainesville Ripper in 1990 her mother Ada Larson fought hard to seal her autopsy and crime scene photos from the media and the public eye.
Between August 23 and August 26 of 1990, panic, anger, and
disbelief struck the town of Gainesville, Florida. Rolling killed a combination
of five UF and Sante Fe students, four females and one male. Danny Rolling was a
“clean killer.” After stabbing all of his victims through the back and into
their hearts, he would clean up after himself. Two of the females were raped and
all were mutilated. When the bodies were found they were set up in sexual
positions for whoever would find them. Two of the girls were also slashed from
the breastbone to the pubic bone, and also had their chests mutilated. The most
disturbing of the murders was Christa Hoyt’s, because she had been decapitated
and her head been put on display. As for Manuel Toboada, his death had not been
planned by Rolling initially as he did not know that Tracy had a male roommate.
Danny Rolling’s motivation for his murders was mainly revenge. Built up anger
and abuse had set him off on his killing spree, and in his mind he thought that
others should pay for what he had gone through. The week of the murders Rolling
had gone to see “The Exorcist III”, which shows strong similarities to the ways
in which he tortured and murdered his victims.

Nine teens have been charged after police found a connection between them and the suicide of Phoebe Prince, bullying victim in January 14th. Charges vary between harassment and statuory rape. The announcement was made by District Attorney Elizabeth D. Scheibel.

Phoebe Prince was a 15-year-old student from Ireland, and she was found hanged in her home after weeks of bullying in school and even in her Facebook account.

When I read how Prince was bullied via Facebook, it raised some questions for me. There were always very specific guidelines about how to handle negative posts that were nailed down with the client ahead of time.However, with all of the cybertools pumping information and commentary at teens, the rules are different. How can Facebook monitor the thousands of accounts it has for inappropriate behavior? And what do teens do with negative noise that comes from text messaging?

Suicide Explosion at Moscow Subway kills 38 people.

The first bomb exploded shortly before 8 am local time in the Lubyanka station, located under the building housing the main offices of the Federal Security Service in the center of the Russian capital. And about 45 minutes later a second blast occurred in the Park Kultury station.
According to the Minister of Emergency Situations Sergei Shoigu,the deadly missions were carried out by two female that do suicide bombings .Terrorist groups from the Northern Caucasus are said to be responsible for the horrific acts.

United States President Barack Obama expressed his condolences to the victims of the bombing. He condemned the violent act and said he and the whole US is behind Russia in its fight against terrorism.

President Obama signed the health care bill Tuesday morning, a historic accomplishment no matter what else happens in his term. Obama paid tribute to Congress by inviting all the members who voted for it to the signing ceremony--all Democrats, since no Republicans voted for the historic measure.
Obama emphasized features of the bill that will kick in this year:

"This year, tens of thousands of uninsured Americans with pre-existing conditions, the parents of children who have a pre-existing condition, will finally be able to purchase the coverage they need.That happens this year.

"This year -- this year, insurance companies will no longer be able to drop people's coverage, when they get sick -- or place -- they won't be able to place lifetime limits or restrictive annual limits on the amount of care they can receive.
Some Democrats said the mandate in the health care bill was similar to existing taxes for Medicare.

“Florida has nearly 4 million residents who are uninsured including 800,000 children - the second highest percentage in the nation,” said state Sen. Dan Gelber, D-Miami Beach. “As you are running for governor, what do you propose to do to address this crisis since you believe the reform passed by the Congress is unconstitutional?”

Here is a corned beef and cabbage recipe circulated on the Internet.

Ingredients

1 onion, sliced into wedges

4 potatoes, cut into thick slices

1 pound carrots, thinly sliced

3 cups of tap water

3 garlic cloves, minced

1 bay leaf

2 tablespoons sugar

2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar or another type

1/2 teaspoon black pepper

3 pounds corned beef brisket with spice packet, halved

1 small cabbage, cut into wedges

Instructions

Lay onion, potatoes and carrots on the bottom of a slow cooker

Add mix water, garlic, bay leaf, sugar, vinegar, pepper and content of spice packet and pour mixture over vegetables

Then add corned beef brisket and cabbage

Cover and cook using low heat for 7 to 9 hours or until corned beef and vegetables are tender.

Remove bay leaf before serving.

This corned beef and cabbage recipe makes six servings

To speed up the cooking process, use high heat to raise the slow cooker's temperature to boiling point. And hold it for 20 minutes and then use low heat to slow cook everything for 5 to 7 or until everything is well cooked.

Rain and wind couldn't keep people away from attending Pittsburgh's annual St. Patrick's Day Parade Saturday.

This parade started at 10 a.m. and followed a new route that started at Liberty Avenue and 11th Street and ended at Commonwealth Place.
According to organizers, this year's parade was scheduled to feature more than 23,000 participants including nearly 200 marching units, 17 bands, groups from Irish and other ethnic communities of Pittsburgh and floats.

Former LA Rams defensive lineman Merlin Olson died Thursday after battling mesothelioma for a year. Mesothelioma is a form of lung cancer usually cause by exposure to asbestos.
On the football field, Olsen was part of the Los Angeles Rams’ Fearsome Foursome defensive line that swallowed ball carriers whole. He, Lamar Lundy, Deacon Jones, and Rosey Grier gave no quarter on Sunday afternoons. You’d be better off running through a fire wearing a suit soaked with gasoline.

Olsen, like his line brethren, was mean, nasty, unforgiving, snarling, and angry.

But it was what he did, not what he was.

As a child he walked a round trip of several miles to watch Newcastle United, then in its golden years. He signed for Fulham F.C. in May 1950, playing as a winger. He moved to West Bromwich Albion F.C. in March 1956 where he was to play 257 games, scoring 61 goals and winning 20 England caps as a midfielder. In August 1962, he moved back to Fulham before a short spell as player/ coach at Vancouver Royals in Canada from 1967 to 1968, their inaugural season in the North American Soccer League.
He began managerial life proper in the dug-out at Fulham before entering a blissful union with Ipswich Town F.C. in 1969. After 13 years, including 2 seasons as league championship runners-up, an FA Cup, and a UEFA Cup later, he answered the call of his country by succeeding Ron Greenwood as national coach.
A mixed eight-year reign included glorious failure at both the Football World Cup 1986 (where England lost in the quarter finals to Argentina in the infamous 'hand of God' game) and the 1990 World Cup finals (when England reached the semi-finals and lost to West Germany on penalties). Robson has since said that not a day goes by when he does not think about the semi-final and other choices he might have made. Since then he has coached PSV Eindhoven in the Netherlands (twice), Sporting Lisbon and FC Porto of Portugal and Spain's FC Barcelona where his assistant was José Mourinho to great success and was voted European Manager of the Year. But it was only in September 1999 the affable Geordie with the charming penchant for forgetting his players' names landed his dream job--that of reviving the club he worshipped as a child. With no money for major signings Robson guided the club to finish fifth in the 2002 and 2003 sesons enough to qualify for the Champions League - though both campaigns were shortlived. Unfortunately Robson was at odds with the millionaire lifestyles of his players at Newcastle and the politics of the English Premiership. A split also opened up with the club's owners as Robson was rarely kept informed of transfer deals. He held the Newcastle post until August 30, 2004, when he was dismissed following a poor start to the Premier League season and alleged discontent in the dressing room. The final straw came when Robson made an off the record negative remark to a reporter about the club's fans that was published. On June 7,2005 he declined the invitation to become manager of Hearts because he wanted to stay in Newcastle.

MENCUATKAN ALEXA RANK PADA BLOG DARI PULUHAN JUTA MENUJU JUTAAN DALAM 2 MINGGU!

Assalamualaikum!
Teman-teman blogger saya mau berbagi pengalaman neh...Saya baru saja men-seriusi dunia blogging kira-kira masih 1 bulan yang lalu. Saat pertama kali blogging, saya bingung mau buat artikel apa(hehehe...maklum newbie sih! :D). Hari demi hari sepi pengunjung tak jua datang. Akhirnya dengan segala ketekadan dan kemauan yang keras (akwkaakwka...kayak mau ngapain ae!), Saya mencoba belajar ilmu SEO dari situs mas cosa. Sayangnya, saat itu, situs mas Cosa masih di deface. Hiks..hiks..gagal deh mau belajar SEO. Saya lakukan sambil membuat posting-posting yang mungkin membuat saya senang (jika bloggingnya senang,pasti deh ga bosan :D!)

Nah,,,tak terasa sudah 3 minggu blog saya berdiri, tak terasa juga banyak pengunjung yang datang menghampiri. Pertama saya lihat, ALEXA RANK saya masih sekitar 13,4xx,xxx (13 juta dan lupa :D), saya bisa maklum, karena blog saya termasuk baru. Setelah saya lihat dalam perkembangan 3 minggu ini, ASTAGHFIRULLAH, PAK RT DATANG BAWA POLISI (Koq kayak lagunya Jamrud ya? :P) saya melihatblog ini, SECARA DRASTIS NAIK MENJADI 4,829,982 dalam 3 minggu!
Agaknya saya tak akan membagi ilmu SEO (Search Engine Optimization) kepada Anda, karena saya tahu, anda lebih mampu dan bisa dibandingkan saya. Tetapi saya akan sedikit membagi, bagaimana situs blog ini dapat mampu memberikan visitor dan unique secara berkesinambungan! :D

Yap....saya sempat linglung ketika ditanya beberapa orang yang mengaku bingung, djo, apa perbedaan dari Yesus dan Isa.
Seperti kita ketahui (sebagai muslim) Isa dilahirkan dari perut Maryam tanpa ayah karena kekuasaan Allah SWT. Dalam agama Kristen diberitakan hal yang sama. Dilahirkan oleh Ibu Maria. Jadi apa bedanya?
Menurut saya, perbedaannya cuma dari sisi agamanya saja. Kalau Isa itu dianggap orang Islam sebagai NABI ALLAH. yang diberi mukjizat untuk menunjukkan kebenaran-Nya.
Kalau Yesus? sama, tapi dianggap Tuhan oleh kaum Kristiani.
Bukankah Yesus juga manusia? Lalu kenapa di-Tuhan-kan?
Mungkin tulisan saya ini terlalu "extreme" tetapi ada satu hal yang bisa kita pikirkan.
Manusia adalah budak, dan budak pasti memiliki Tuan. Yesus atau Isa, adalah manusia dan berarti dia budak. Dan yang pasti dia (Yesus atau Isa) memiliki Tuan yaitu yang telah mengangkatnya menjadi nabi, tiada lain adalah Allah.

Jadi, apakah Yesus atau Isa itu? Hamba atau Tuan?

Calon Mantan Presiden Amerika Serikat, George W. Bush,,,apa yang kita pikirkan tentang dia beberapa hari terakhir?

Hahahah..Sepatu?

Iyap, beberapa hari ini pasti kita teringat wajah ketika mantan presiden yang melakukan invasi ke Iraq itu dilempar sepatu oleh salah satu wartawan Irak.
Saya kira hal yang dilakukan oleh wartawan itu wajar, karena kita sebagai salah seorang warga negara, pasti sangat benci ketika bangsa lain melakukan invasi dan membuat masyarakat kita sengsara. Dan itu yang dilakukan oleh G.W Bush.
Dan belakangan sepatu yang dilemparkan itu, berharga 1 miliar!! Waduh, harga sepasang sepatu yang digunakan untuk melempar BUSH aja 1 miliar, kalo kepala George Bush berapa ya? :D
